We want ReachFalcon billing to be simple and predictable.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly for ReachFalcon.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal.
After cancellation:
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- Your current paid plan normally remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Unused time in the current billing period is not automatically refunded.
2. First Subscription Refund
Eligible first subscription purchases may be reviewed when requested within 7 days.
For a customer's first paid ReachFalcon subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase.
A first-subscription refund may be declined when:
- A significant portion of included usage has already been consumed
- Large numbers of emails have already been sent
- Personalized assets have already been generated at significant volume
- The account violated our Terms of Service
- The account was used for spam, fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity
- The request relates to a renewal rather than the first subscription payment
We review reasonable first-purchase requests individually.
3. Renewal Payments
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period begins.
If you forgot to cancel and have not materially used ReachFalcon after the renewal, contact us as soon as possible. We may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were:
- Charged twice
- Charged the wrong amount
- Charged after a confirmed cancellation
- Charged because of an identifiable billing error
contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded.
5. Technical Problems
If a material ReachFalcon malfunction prevents you from using a paid feature, contact support so we can investigate.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Restore affected usage
- Provide account credit
- Extend access
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
Temporary outages, third-party limitations, individual email deliverability problems, or unsupported websites do not automatically qualify for a refund.
6. Usage-Based Resources
Usage already consumed is normally non-refundable.
This may include:
- Generated images
- Generated videos
- Video processing minutes
- Sent emails
- Processed prospects
- Third-party processing
- Other metered resources
This is because ReachFalcon may incur infrastructure or third-party processing costs when these actions occur.
7. Additional Credits or Usage
Additional usage, prepaid credits, or one-time usage purchases are normally non-refundable once consumed.
Unused purchases may be considered for refund where required by law or where ReachFalcon is unable to provide the purchased service.
8. Account Suspension
Payments are not refundable when an account is suspended or terminated for serious violations of our Terms, including:
- Fraud
- Phishing
- Illegal spam
- Abuse
- Intentional security attacks
- Repeated circumvention of platform restrictions
9. Change of Mind
After the first-purchase refund period, simply deciding that you no longer need ReachFalcon does not normally qualify for a refund.
You can cancel your subscription to prevent the next renewal.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or other financial institution.
ReachFalcon cannot control processing times after a refund has been submitted to the payment provider.
11. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
We will make a reasonable effort to investigate legitimate billing issues.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
12. Requesting a Refund
Email: support@reachfalcon.com
Subject: Refund Request
Include:
- Your ReachFalcon account email
- Transaction or invoice information if available
- Reason for your request
We may request additional information needed to verify the payment.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
