3. Customer Data and Prospect Data
ReachFalcon customers determine which prospects they upload, contact, and include in campaigns.
For prospect information submitted by a customer, the customer generally determines the purpose of the processing and ReachFalcon processes that information to provide the service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to collect, upload, process, and contact their prospects.
This includes compliance with applicable privacy, electronic communications, direct marketing, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws.
ReachFalcon does not provide customers with a legal basis to contact a person merely because the platform technically allows an email to be sent.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we may process personal information based on:
- Contract: when processing is necessary to provide ReachFalcon to you.
- Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, product improvement, customer support, service analytics, and operation of our business where those interests are not overridden by applicable privacy rights.
- Consent: where we specifically request consent.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
For prospect information uploaded by customers, customers are responsible for establishing their own applicable legal basis.

ReachFalcon does not sell customer personal information or customer prospect lists for money.
We also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. AI and Automated Processing
ReachFalcon may use automated systems or third-party services to help generate, transform, analyze, or personalize content.
Customer data may be transmitted to a service provider only when needed to perform the requested functionality.
ReachFalcon does not treat the use of an automated feature as permission to use customer prospect lists for unrelated purposes.
Customers should avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and legally permitted.

- Authentication
